In order to compare the FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) process of our Stratasys FDM printer with one of the STL/SLA (Stereolithography) machines of our partner in San Diego, we have reconstructed and printed a section of the Wuppertal suspension railroad on a scale of 1:87.  The differences were clear from the outset, but can be seen very clearly once again from the filigree patterns.
