At this point we have reached a milestone in the product development process: SIMULATIONS.
The FEM Simulation (FEM= “Finite Element Method”) enables us to realistically examine and simulate individual components and assemblies already in the design stage.. Our focus is on the strength calculation of plastic components from a wide range of manufacturing processes, such as injection moulding, RTM, thermoforming, etc. Of course other materials such as metals, glass or natural materials can also be examined and simulated. We offer this service either as part of a project or as a separate service.
SIMULATE – INTERPRET – SAVE COSTS
As a further simulation module, we use FILLING SIMULATIONS, mainly for plastic components, for injection moulding simulation during the project or as a separate service. Filled or unfilled plastics, plastics with glass fibres or other fillers are simulated and examined. In this context we also consider the tool design, all process parameters, such as the cooling of the injection moulding tools.
